- Customized fitness program addressing flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning, balance, core and strength training.
- Customized nutrition program with or without metabolic testing.
- Systematic tracking of goals and workout results
- Reassessment and program updates/progressions
- Training with 1-3 clients at a time
