  • Specific fitness and nutritional assessments for the clitents specific population and goals.
  • Customized fitness program addressing flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning, balance, core and strength training.
  • Customized nutrition program with or without metabolic testing.
  • Systematic tracking of goals and workout results
  • Reassessment and program updates/progressions
  • Training with 1-3 clients at a time

  • 12-week package  (36 sessions)

                                   2 clients $2340 ($65/session)

                                   3 clients $2700 ($75/session)

  • 4-week package (12 sessions)

                                    1 client $660 ($55/session)

                                     2 clients $900 ($75/session)

                                     3 clients $1020 ($85/session)

  • Introductory package (5 sessions)

                                      1 client $300 ($60/session)

                                      2 clients $400 ($80/session)

                                      3 clients $450 ($90/session)
