I really don’t know where to start as I share my experience with Todd Clites and Body Temple Fitness. I joined the Monday/Wednesday 8:00 PM group over a year ago and have not only learned a lot from Todd but had fun doing it. I generally work out by myself and was somewhat hesitant about working out with other people and having someone watch over me. What I like about Todd is he tells you when you are doing something wrong but doesn’t hover or make you feel like Big Brother is watching and judging. He doesn’t care how much you can lift or how many reps you can do, only that you are putting forth the effort and pushing yourself. He has helped me build muscle and confidence as well as some awesome relationships.

I am thankful to have been introduced to Todd and Body Temple Fitness and look forward to working out under his direction for many years to come.
