I went to Body Temple Fitness to work on rebuilding strength and restoring my speed after a hip injury. I also wanted to get ready for the 2013 baseball season. Todd worked me very hard every week and I looked forward to the workouts. He made the workouts fun and challenged me all of the time. My strength and speed really improved. I am now stronger and a faster than before my injury. Working with Todd has really helped me with my overall athletic performance.
